- In the magnificent old 1962 Missal there appeared unfurnished and tantalising headings for daily meditations, nothing more. These banners were disembodied from any text that could be advantageous in underpinning these marvellous headings for spiritual moments of awareness, depth and growth, but as headings in themselves, they were valuable and included the following:
- God to Glorify;
- A soul to Save – My own;
- Sins to Expiate – (Remove);
- Jesus to Imitate;
- Time to profit by, and;
- Eternity to Prepare for.
- What better way to spend time in the current global pandemic than to spend quality time alone and meditate on these absolute spiritual necessities.

- Each of these have been expanded into individual meditations that ca be undertaken at any point in time, in the comfort of your own home, or on a walking meditation, at Our Shrine, in Church, or elsewhere. Though each meditation is a stand-alone meditation they, as a grouping they offer opportunities for devout reading.
- Each one offers a Holy Hour in and of themselves, with plenty of opportunity to expand your thinking on each subject.
