- This E-Retreat comes in the form of a tri-fold pamphlet. It is a meditation based on a homily deliverd in St. Andrew’s Westland Row, Dublin Ireland and is based loosely on (Mark 1:14-20).
- There is a period of preparation, before you commence the meditation, and this is outlined in the pamphlet.
- At the close of the simple meditation there is a handy reflection to be had.
